The City of McKinney is hosting a special reception to welcome newly appointed and reappointed members of its Boards & Commissions. We are seeking friendly, organized volunteers to help manage the check-in table and ensure the event runs smoothly.
The responsibilities of the check-in table attendants are to:
- Check-in guests upon arrival
- Provide the guests with their name tag, goodie bag, and a raffle ticket
- Assist with event breakdown after the event
This is a great opportunity to be part of a meaningful event and gain experience in event coordination. Your contribution will help create a welcoming atmosphere for McKinney’s dedicated volunteers and officials!
