Join our team as a Greeter/Receptionist!
Be the first smiling face our clients see when they walk in the door. Our clients, people experiencing homelessness, come to us in a time of need, and our greeters direct them appropriately to our services and show them empathy and kindness.
Duties include:
- Provide hospitality
- Direct clients to appropriate staff
- Deal with initial inquiries from the public and customers
- Answer phones
An ideal volunteer will serve one shift per week on the same day and time each week. We ask that you spend at least 3.5 hours per day that you volunteer. HRM is open M-F from 10 am to 4 pm.

Hope Restored Missions
We are a nonprofit 501(c)3 agency that restores hope to the hopeless by coming alongside of those who are experiencing homelessness or are at-risk of becoming homeless. With supportive relationships developed through our resource center, we provide advocacy, guidance, and referrals to partnering resources in order to equip our clients to become self-sustaining and living out their full potential. We also provide photo IDs to clients while we help them to replace lost or stolen government issued IDs.
