Our vision is to build Christian Communities. We seek to evangelize the materially and relationally poor in communities through empowerment and discipleship.
Our mission is to restore dignity to those in marginalized communities as fellow image-bearers through job training and placement, Christian counseling, and providing meaningful work with the hope of sharing the love of Christ.
We provide training on essential skills for marginalized people to enter or reconnect with the workplace including language, financial management, and behavioral training.
R&R seeks to match clients who are beginning a faith journey with mature Christian believers, who volunteer to engage in an intentional discipleship relationship.
R&R also provides no-cost counseling services for clients and volunteers alike.
