We are currently seeking helpful and diligent Volunteer Administrative Assistants to support our office staff with a variety of clerical and administrative tasks that are essential to the daily operations of our ministry.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys being organized, serving behind the scenes, and making a meaningful impact in the North Dallas community. Your support will help us better connect clients with vital services such as counseling, Christian discipleship, and job skills training.
Time Commitment: A minimum of 4 hours per week, with a flexible schedule set in collaboration with our Volunteer Coordinator.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Data entry and record keeping Filing and organizing documents
- Maintaining a clean and functional office environment
- Assisting with special event coordination and other tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Professional appearance and a friendly, welcoming attitude
- Dependable, punctual, and committed to consistent service
- Courteous and respectful when interacting with clients and the public
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to take initiative
- Committed to maintaining confidentiality regarding clients, staff, and organizational matters
- Basic computer skills preferred
