Capture and Document Make a Difference Day Projects
Be part of a transformative day in McKinney by volunteering to document Make a Difference Day! We’re seeking enthusiastic volunteers to join us at various nonprofit locations throughout McKinney on October 25th and 26th to capture the spirit of our community service projects through photos and videos.
What You'll Do:
- Capture the Moments: Visit one of our nonprofit project sites, where you’ll take photos and videos of the day’s activities, highlighting the impact of the volunteer work.
- Document Key Details: Record quotes from volunteers and important moments that showcase the essence of the projects and the difference being made.
- Share the Story: After the event, provide us with the photos, videos, and documented details so we can share the inspiring stories and successes with our community through social media and our newsletter.
Why This Matters:
Make a Difference Day is a national day of service where individuals and groups come together to support community projects. Organized by Volunteer McKinney since 1998, this event features numerous volunteer projects across McKinney, involving community members, families, clubs, and teams.
By volunteering to document this special day, you’ll help us celebrate and showcase the dedication of our volunteers and the positive impact on our community. Your work will help attract more volunteers and potential supporters for future initiatives.
