This role involves running the cash register, stocking shelves, rotating vegetables, labeling products, and maintaining cleanliness in the grocery area. You'll interact with customers, assist them with their purchases, and ensure the shelves are well-stocked and organized. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys customer service and working in a team environment.
Responsibilities:
- Operate cash register and assist customers with purchases
- Stock shelves with merchandise and ensure items are rotated properly
- Label products with accurate prices and descriptions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the grocery store area
Hours: Monday through Saturday, 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM
Volunteer Requirements:
- Ages 18-84
- Background check required
- Comfortable working in a team environment

We serve two missions: To provide access to healthy and affordable food options in East McKinney and; To help at risk latino students graduate school and become leaders in their community
