The Alliance of Elite Youth Leadership (AEYL), a 501 (c) 3 non-profit organization, recognized for being the 2018 Non-Profit Leader of the Year, 2019 Quality of Life Award Recipient in the City of McKinney, 2020 NAACP Advocacy Award Recipient, 2021 Quality of Life Award Recipient in Collin County, 2022 Contributors to Education Award Recipient and 2023 CUTX Community Leader Award Recipient; specializes in the guidance of young men and women to strengthen their mindset intellectually, emotionally, physically and socially through Core '4' Pillars; MENTORSHIP, ACADEMICS, ATHLETICS and COMMUNITY SERVICE. Within the organization, AEYL has formed Follow. Lead. Succeed (FLS), a Diversion and Accountability platform collaborating with local ISDs, Municipal, County and District Courts to minimize the cause-effect of school to detention pipeline. The AEYL mission is dedicated to the development of diverse youth; cultivating exposure and build positive perspectives of life and importance of education while building stable communities. Both AEYL & FLS programs serve Collin County and surrounding area YOUTH & TEENS (12-18, in some circumstances YOUNG ADULTS up to age 23) in multi-ethnic individuals from various backgrounds that have been referred by churches, schools, juvenile justice systems, municipal court, friends of families, or self-interest. AEYL & FLS strive to mold the youth and teens for the future; signifying the ethics of LEADERSHIP!
A.E.Y.L.’S initiative in hosting the 7th Annual Youth Football Fundamentals Camp, Saturday, June 8, 2024, from 9:00am- 12:00pm @ McKinney North High School 2550 Wilmeth Road McKinney, Texas 75071 is to provide an opportunity for the Collin County community to experience quality football coaching from retired/active NFL Players to either broaden their interest in the sport and/or increase knowledge. The camp will also serve as a platform for the youth to positively interact with law enforcement and public safety professionals. The Youth Football Fundamentals Clinic / Camp will be open to the public; consisting of a non- contact sports league for various age groups; including but not limited to:
- FOOTBALL FUNDAMENTALS
- BREAK-OUT SESSIONS (NFL Players, MPD, MFD- History, Life Lessons and Motivation)
- DRILL STATIONS
