Financial Literacy Instrictor
R&R Ministries is seeking an experienced and passionate volunteer to join our Job Preparedness Team in delivering financial literacy to individuals reentering the workforce. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our Community Engagement Coordinator to identify essential financial concepts, such as budgeting, saving, managing debt, and understanding credit, and create engaging, easy-to-understand lesson plans tailored to our clients' needs. Strong communication skills are key, as you'll be helping clients gain confidence in managing their personal finances. Responsibilities include: Identifying relevant financial topics for workforce reentry and developing clear, accessible lesson plans and materials. Delivering financial education sessions in a supportive, empowering manner. Communicating effectively and compassionately with a diverse client base.
Time Commitment: A minimum of 4 hours per week, with scheduling determined in coordination with our Volunteer Coordinator. We offer flexible shifts to accommodate your availability.
