- Successfully onboard new clients.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and fulfill requirements of HIPAA laws.
- Maintain appropriate boundaries and a professional demeanor.
- Write effective notes.
- Ability to pass required background checks.
- Serves as the ambassador for anyone seeking information from One Heart McKinney.
- Provides accurate information regarding available services in a manner tailored to the needs and interests of the individual.
- Provides excellent customer service.
