Rosa Es Rojo, a nonprofit based in North Texas that is committed to educate Latinas on wellness and cancer prevention is looking for an enthusiastic and bilingual Spanish preferably volunteer, (with a small economic stipend of $200 per month) that can help us to assist the Institutional Development area. The successful volunteer might not have extensive experience in the field, but will be willing to dedicate the time and energy to cultivate their knowledge of development, grant writing, research, and analysis. The work can be done remote, with some personal or virtual meetings. Estimated time per week is 10 hours.

Preparation and Knowledge
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Basic quantitative/analysis skills.
- Database management experience
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Ability to present information concisely and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to organize and prioritize work.
- Ability to work independently with little supervision.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Confidence and composure to make phone calls on behalf of Rosa Es Rojo.
