About TLT - Tomorrow's Leaders Today Celebrating seven years of impact, TLT - Tomorrow's Leaders Today is dedicated to helping youth and young adults develop leadership, real-world skills, and professional readiness. We are seeking a passionate, motivated volunteer to help grow our footprint, build community partnerships, and design engaging development pathways for our participants and volunteer network.
What You'll Do:
- Program & Volunteer Support: Assist in structuring and refining development modules and training materials for our participants and incoming volunteers.
- Community Outreach: Identify and connect with local businesses, civic organizations, and educational institutions to build strategic partnerships.
- Engagement Campaigns: Help develop creative campaigns to recruit professional mentors, guest speakers, and program supporters.
- Event Coordination: Assist with the planning and logistics of workshops, networking events, and community leadership forums.
- Stewardship: Help track volunteer engagement, collect feedback, and maintain strong communication records to ensure a high-quality experience for all stakeholders.

What We're Looking For:
- Age Requirement: 21 years of age or older.
- Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Mindset: A creative thinker who is comfortable reaching out to new people and building professional relationships.
- Passion: A strong dedication to youth development, education, and community leadership.
- Experience: Previous experience in volunteer coordination, human resources, marketing, or community outreach is a plus but not required. We welcome individuals looking to grow their skills!
- Time Commitment Hours: Approximately 2 to 5 hours per week (flexible schedule).
- Format: Primarily remote, with occasional opportunities to attend local community events or meetings. Duration: A minimum commitment of 6 months to 1 year is preferred to ensure continuity.
