How You Can Help: We have several roles available to ensure the event is a winner:
Set-Up Crew: Help us transform the space with Derby-themed decor and organize the event layout.
Check-In Ambassadors: Be the first friendly face guests see as you welcome them and manage registration.
Food Service: Assist in serving delicious refreshments and maintaining a great dining experience.
Silent Auction Assistants: Help manage the bidding area, answer questions about items, and assist winners.
Clean-Up Team: Help us cross the finish line by tidying the venue after the festivities conclude.
