Hi Volunteers Heard Craig needs volunteers who like to have a little physical labor with their service opportunities.
We are seeking volunteers to help set up for our Masquerade Ball
Where: 205 west Hunt street..Carriage House and Garden
When: March 28th 2026
Time 4:00 pm
Responsibilities:
GARDEN:
Take all chairs and tables down in carriage house
Take 20 chairs to the garden - 5 chairs per table
Take four tables to the garden Take 6 chairs to the Gazebo for the band
Put 4 white tablecloths on the garden tables
Put the punch bowl out on Carriage House table
Put up the Check In Table outside of the Carriage House door
sign up only if you are absolutely sure you can perform this volunteer service
