We are looking for volunteers to help artists take apart their booths and carry their art and equipment to their vehicles on Sunday, February 15th. Your support will be critical in ensuring that the artists can take apart their displays and load their cars quickly and efficiently.
Wear comfortable clothing and shoes that are suitable for carrying heavy items. You may be on your feet for long periods of time, so make sure your shoes are comfortable.
Volunteer duties will include:
- Carry the art and equipment from the artist's booth to their vehicle, following any specific instructions provided by the artist.
- Help the artist to load their vehicle, being careful to handle their art and equipment with care.
- Assist the event organizers in the final clean up of the event - sweeping floors and taking out the trash if needed after all artist vehicles are loaded.
