Streetside Showers is a nonprofit organization that provides free mobile showers, hygiene kits, and clean undergarments to people experiencing homelessness in North Texas.
Streetside Showers' mission is to help restore human dignity to the homeless community. The organization's founder, Lance Olinski, was inspired to start Streetside Showers after seeing a homeless man washing out of a public restroom in McKinney, TX.
Streetside Showers parks temporary showers in strategic locations, including McKinney, Irving, and Plano. The organization also makes free showers available three to four times per week in the Dallas Metroplex.
