Part Time Front Office Receptionist
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answer incoming calls promptly and courteously.
- Check voicemail for messages upon arrival and follow up on any needed items.
- Maintain the log of calls (for back-up purposes).
- Greet all guests in a professional manner.
- Maintain and distribute company lists.
- Maintain an updated version of procedures manual for the reception desk.
- Update our participant files in computer and paper files as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Excellent verbal communication skills, including professional demeanor on the telephone, and when greeting and speaking to guests in the workplace.
- Good written communication skills.
- Ability to copy /collate and scan to upload to email or file.
- Good organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize projects.
Days and times needed:
Wednesday afternoon from 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM
Or on a substitute/ on-call basis for any day and time throughout the week!
