Plano Conservancy’s community project to clean and improve Plano Mutual Cemetery during their 2nd annual Tombstone Mysteries event on Saturday, April 16 from 10am-12pm. They are looking for volunteers who are interested in history to lend a hand during this project.
Location: Plano Mutual Cemetery at 2128 18th St. in Plano, Texas (corner of Jupiter & 18th St.)
Volunteers can come alone or bring friends and family to join in.
Help clean decaying tombstones, take a "History Mystery" tour of society leaders, settlers, and sinners' burial sites, or place flowers at soldiers' graves. Free cookies and water provided!
Great opportunity for adults, teens, youth groups, or children ages 8 or above accompanied by a parent.
