Make a direct impact on the career journey of a first-generation and/or low-income student or graduate by becoming a CareerSpring Volunteer Advisor.
CareerSpring connects FGLI talent with professionals who can share career advice, industry insight, and real-world guidance. As a Volunteer Advisor, you can support students and graduates as they explore careers, prepare for interviews, navigate the job search, build their professional networks, and take their next career step.
This is a 100% virtual and flexible volunteer opportunity. Advisors can connect with CareerSpring participants based on their experience, interests, and availability. Whether you have 30 minutes for a career conversation or want to build an ongoing mentoring relationship, your experience and perspective can make a meaningful difference.
No teaching or formal mentoring experience is required. We are looking for professionals who are willing to share their knowledge, experiences, and network to help FGLI talent access opportunities and navigate the path to career success.
