CareerSpring

CareerSpring is a national nonprofit organization dedicated to helping first-generation and low-income students and graduates build successful careers. We connect FGLI talent with career resources, professional networks, mentors, and employment opportunities, all at no cost to students. Through our platform and partnerships with employers, colleges, schools, and community organizations, we help individuals explore careers, develop professional skills, build meaningful connections, and access internships and jobs. Our goal is to close the opportunity gap by making the networks and resources needed for career success more accessible.
