How fun would it be to have a day dedicated to fully exploring the senses?
This October, Kind Theory is organizing an event where kids of all ages are welcome to join in the fun and we need volunteers who are passionate about helping children!
The event will include five different stations. The first station is the Auditory Station, where kids can participate in a musical circle led by the Heart and Harmony music therapy team. They’ll get to play various instruments and take home resources for sensory support.
Next up is the Visual Station, filled with bright colors and engaging activities
At the Olfactory Station, kids can discover a variety of scents and activities.
The Tactile Station will be all about hands-on exploration. Here, kids can feel different textures: soft, rough, and everything in between.
Lastly, we have the Proprioception Station, where kids can move around and play.
For those needing a break, our Calm Corner will be there for some quiet time and relaxation.
Best of all, this event is free and open to everyone! We can’t wait to see you there for a day filled with sensory exploration and joy!
