Help Build Inclusive Social Spaces - Volunteers Needed!
Kind Theory is currently looking for volunteers to support our Summer 2026 Autistic Social Hangouts for autistic youth and adults in McKinney.
These programs are designed to foster meaningful connection, community, belonging, and inclusive social opportunities in a supportive environment.
We’re looking for volunteers who can help with:
✨ Setting up before programs
✨ Greeting and welcoming participants
✨ Engaging in conversations and activities
✨ Giving participants company and helping foster connection
✨ Supporting facilitators throughout the program
✨ Helping create a calm, inclusive, and welcoming atmosphere
No prior experience is required. Volunteer guidance and training will be provided to help volunteers feel prepared and supported. The only requirement we have is kindness, patience, consistency, and a willingness to connect respectfully
