EVENT: The first week of May is national anxiety & depression week. We will be holding a virtual fun run in order to support mental health. 100% of proceeds will be donated to help mental health.
TIME: Choose your run anytime between May 7-May 8
DISTANCE: Choose between the 1 mile or 5k race.
SHARE: After your run, post on social media using #smilerun4mentalhealth
GEAR: Upon signing up, a t-shirt will be sent to you. Once you finish your race, we encourage you to share how you made your run fun on social media(confetti cannon, balloons, paint, etc).
