Who We Are
The Assistance League of Greater Collin County is a nonprofit, nonsectarian 501 (c) (3) philanthropic, all-volunteer organization. Since Assistance League of Greater Collin County was chartered in 1998, the organization has implemented numerous programs that touch the lives of the youth, the elderly, the hospitalized, and the grieving. Our members number fewer than 80, volunteer over 10,000 hours each year.
What We Do
Imagine a child without clothing to dress appropriately for school. Imagine never having worn new clothes. Now, just imagine how exciting it would be to receive 2 pair of jeans, 2 shirts, underwear, socks, a sweatshirt, a jacket and a supply for the first time. This is how we serve Elementary School aged children in our communities in Collin County.
