Who We Are
Mutts and Mayhem Animal Rescue (MMAR) is a private, all-volunteer, non-profit, 501(c)(3) organization founded in 2014 by two active duty Paramedics. MMAR serves communities throughout North Texas and beyond. We receive no federal or state funding and rely solely on donations from generous individuals, businesses, and foundations to support our programs and services.
What We Do
To provide for the rescue and relief of suffering or homeless animals and perform charitable or benevolent acts for the welfare of animals. MMAR's mission is accomplished by providing appropriate shelter and humane care, providing medical, emotional and social rehabilitation, by providing a nurturing foster home environment, by seeking permanent, loving, responsible homes through adoption, reducing pet overpopulation through strict spay/neuter measures, and providing a diversity of humane education programs to the community. Our ultimate goal is to end the suffering and provide these animals with a second chance at life through love, compassion, community awareness & adoption!
