Towne Creek Apartments is a community of Retirement Housing Foundation (RHF)(www.rhf.org) . Towne Creek Apartments is a 501(c) (3) non profit organization that provides affordable apartments for older adults (62+) in McKinney, Texas, with several apartments equipped to accommodate those who are mobility impaired. RHF is a nationally regarded non-profit organization committed to serving its more than 22,000 residents in over 194 communities. Since 1961, RHF's mission has been to provide various housing options and services for older adults in an environment which enhances their quality of life -- physically, mentally and spiritually. Towne Creek Apartments’s affordable housing communities for older adults are for those who meet the Department of Housing and Urban Development’s (HUD) income and age criteria.  Towne Creek Apartments has  45 spacious one-bedroom and studio apartments, where you can enjoy the privacy of your own home or socialize with other residents in the community areas.
