Who We Are
At The Parkinson’s Project Foundation, we are committed to advancing research, education, and access to alternative therapies and plant-based medicine as natural, effective treatment options for individuals living with Parkinson’s disease. Our goal is to empower patients with knowledge, break down the stigma surrounding alternative care, and provide financial assistance to those who seek relief but face barriers due to cost, lack of access, or limited awareness. Through advocacy, scientific exploration, and compassionate support, we strive to improve the quality of life for those affected by Parkinson’s—offering hope, truth, and holistic healing for a brighter future. Our purpose is to: Provide financial assistance Fund research Advocate for greater access Educate the Parkinson’s community
What We Do
Providing Financial Assistance: We are committed to helping individuals who are fighting this disease by supplying customized supplement and plant-based medicine regimens—approaches we’ve found to be effective through personal experience and research. These treatments can carry a heavy financial burden, making it hard for many to even explore them. We want to ease that hardship so cost doesn’t stand in the way of healing.
Funding Research & Advocating for Greater Access: We are passionate about funding research into alternative therapies, plant-based medicine, and holistic healing practices. We also plan to advocate for greater access to these non-traditional, but often effective, treatment options. Why? Because there’s a lot of noise and misinformation in the Parkinson’s community. Many are left wondering what’s real, who to trust, and whether anything outside of traditional meds can actually help. We believe patients shouldn’t have to navigate this alone or rely solely on trial and error. With the right resources and research, we can change that.
Education: One of our greatest commitments is to educate—to share the options that doctors often don’t, and sometimes simply don’t know about. We know what it’s like to search for answers and feel alone. To be told that medication is your only path forward when deep down, you believe there must be more. We want to be the resource we wish we had—a place for fighters, caregivers, friends, and family to find truth, understanding, and support. We’re just getting started, and we can’t wait to grow our library of trusted, accessible resources. We’re here. We’re listening. And we believe God put us on this path—to walk alongside you.
