In the United States, transportation challenges tend to be hidden in plain sight, despite the fact that 1 in 4 Americans face transportation challenges. National findings suggest that transportation, or lack thereof, affects access to preventive care, food, medicine, social services, family connections, faith communities, and more. Older adults and individuals with disabilities are some of the most affected. Without access to essential resources, individuals experience decreased health and quality of life. According to a 2019 issue brief by the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, access to all SDoH is so important that it affects 80% of health outcomes. Feonix - Mobility Rising provides transportation solutions for the health and wellbeing of every person in every community by removing transportation barriers and promoting equitable mobility. We establish a Transportation Assistance hub that we execute by collaborating with local leaders, utilizing innovative technology, and building dependable and safe transportation networks.
