We have 5 core programs:
1. Neighbor Outreach: This direct street outreach serves about 60-125 of our unsheltered communities each and every week by providing a hot meal, shelf-stable meal, clothing, hygiene products and other essential items.
2. Rainy Day Program: We aim to fulfill small but urgent needs in our community such as emergency gas money, groceries, school supplies, etc. We also try to brighten people's days through random acts of kindness and free community workshops to share knowledge.
3. UMU Youth Academy: We provide equitable access to sports, arts, and music for under-served youth as well as mentorship and leadership skills building.
4. Holiday Outreach: We hope to bring a little light and love to our under-served and senior communities by providing mini trees, menorahs, and messages of love to share with those who often need it the most.
5. She Leads workshops: A platform for women to inspire, teach, lead, and share knowledge, skills, and passions to women. Our first workshop was women's only beginner fight basics. Our second workshop is community CPR. If you'd like to lead a workshop, message us and let's share your knowledge with our community!
