Delighted to Doula Birth Services mission is to reduce Maternal and Infant Mortality in marginalized communities by educating and supporting mothers through the first year of life.

We offer Free New Parent Classes to mothers and Postpartum Doula support. These classes educate mothers on recovery, baby care, diapering, bathing, sleep safety, home safety, infant cues and brain development. We fully support mom in the 4th trimester through support groups, help her understand postpartum recovery and lessen the chances of postpartum depression, ease her fears, and help her make a smoother transition into motherhood.
