Volunteer: Christian Benevolent Mobile Pantry Food Set Up and Distribution

Kickstart your Tuesday morning by making a real impact in Plano! Join us by helping prepare and distribute food boxes to over 300 families in the community. This is an outdoor drive thru pantry that runs on teamwork, compassion and great energy. Large groups welcome! Bring your team to work together for a meaningful morning of service. 
Shift Duties

Please note the shift times and duties assigned to each time block below.

6:00 AM — Food Setup

Assisting with unloading food deliveries Organizing and arranging food items for distribution Preparing the workspace for packing


7:00 AM — Food Box Preparation & Distribution Support

Bagging produce or meat Assembling boxes of staple food items Loading completed food boxes into families’ vehicles What Makes a Successful Volunteer: Able to adhere to safety regulations set by the agency Able to stand for extended periods Comfortable with repetitive bending and lifting (20–25 pounds) Able to use hands to handle food items and medium-sized boxes Helpful, courteous, dependable, and reliable Comfortable working outdoors Dress Code:

Closed‑toe shoes required (no sandals or flip‑flops).
Dress in comfortable, casual, weather‑appropriate clothing:

Summer: Hat and sunscreen recommended Winter: Hat, coat, and gloves recommended Age Requirements:

Minimum age: 14
Volunteers ages 14–17 must:

Be accompanied by a parent/guardian at all times Submit a Minor Volunteer Waiver before their shift

The Community Health Clinic (CHC) provides non-urgent, quality healthcare for low-income, uninsured families living in Collin County.

We are looking for volunteer doctors that possess a strong foundation in primary care. They will be responsible for managing chronic diseases for example diabetes, hypertension and asthma. The provider will work closely with patients from diverse backgrounds and collaborate with the clinic team.
