Volunteer Security Guard Hope Restored Missions is seeking dependable and community minded Volunteer Security Guards to help create a safe and welcoming environment for our clients, staff, and volunteers during outreach events and daily operations while being fully committed to providing trauma informed care. Responsibilities include monitoring the premises, assisting with crowd flow, helping de escalate concerns when needed, and reporting safety issues to leadership. Volunteers should be observant, calm under pressure, and committed to serving vulnerable populations with dignity and respect. Prior security, military, or law enforcement experience is preferred but not required.

As a Case Aide, you'll play a crucial role in removing barriers and facilitating access to housing support programs for those in need. Our agency is committed to providing trauma-informed care, ensuring every person we serve is treated with dignity, compassion, respect, and understanding.

Working closely with our dedicated case managers, your main tasks will involve engaging with clients, gathering essential information, and assisting in their enrollment process into a housing support program. Don't worry if you're new to this - comprehensive training will be provided to ensure you're equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to make a real difference.

To ensure we provide consistent support and maintain efficient service, we ask that case aides come at least 2 days a week and spend at least 3.5 hours per day. We are open to clients 10 am - 4 pm, Monday through Friday , except for national holidays and other specially designated dates which will be posted on our website.

We provide assistance to obtain housing, replacement of lost or stolen critical personal documents, referrals to community resources such as medical services, and employment readiness. Clients also receive food packets, hygiene kits, and clothing. Our agency is committed to providing trauma-informed care, ensuring every person we serve is treated with dignity, compassion, respect, and understanding. We do all this while developing relationships with our clients so that they know they are "seen and heard" as individuals and not treated as "case numbers."  Our ultimate goal is to restore hope to the hopeless.

Clothing Distribution Assistant Hope Restored Missions is seeking organized and compassionate volunteers to support our clothing distribution services. This role helps sort, organize, stock, and distribute clothing to individuals and families in need during daily operations and outreach events. Volunteers assist clients in selecting appropriate clothing items, maintain inventory organization, and help create a welcoming and respectful experience for every guest. Our agency is committed to providing trauma-informed care, ensuring that every person we serve is treated with dignity, compassion, respect, and understanding. This role requires light lifting, standing for extended periods, and a heart for serving vulnerable populations with dignity and care.

Help clients develop personal action plans so that they are equipped to become self-sustaining and securely housed, and by so doing, to restore hope. Flexible Options: Can be done virtually by phone or in person at HRM office. For the sake of continuity and to serve clients in timely fashion, we ask that case managers serve at least 3.5 hours per shift and at least 2 days per week.

Training Provided: No prior experience necessary! We offer comprehensive training to equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in this role.
