Responsibilities

Responsible for assisting the Media and Creative team in capturing engaging elements for use
Commit to the mission and work of A Motivating Love
Support of events and programs
Promote the organization in the community
Writes 3 (three) articles for the organization within its theme per fiscal year
Use organization email, signature, and G-suite products assigned to the organization
Available to have face meetings on Zoom and/or Google Hangouts, if not in the local area
Use of Grammarly for spelling and punctuation
 

Special Projects
Assistance with annual signature event, Always Mothers Luncheon (minimum commitment of 4 hours)

Duties of Social Media Admin   

Skills:

Time Commitment: Approximately 10-15 hours per month

Responsibilities

Responsible for assisting the Social Media Director and Team  Assist in creating graphics and/or content for social media and various campaigns Commit to the mission and work of A Motivating Love Serve on a task force or committee Attend regularly scheduled team meetings Support of events and programs Promote the organization in the community Writes 3 (three) articles for the organization within its theme per fiscal year Use organization email, signature, and G-suite products assigned to the organization Available to have face meetings on Zoom and/or Google Hangouts, if not in the local area Use of Grammarly for spelling and punctuation

 

Special Projects
May be Lead Admin on specific projects
Responsible for maintaining Inbox and responding to emails in a timely manner
Assistance with follow-ups and sponsorship campaigns

Description ·        Create content and posts for social media relevant to the organization ·        Manages company social media channels on Facebook and Instagram ·        Assists with large projects, events, and community management ·        Works as part of a team to develop large social media campaigns ·        Manages the content on various social media  ·        Build up the social media following ·        Reinforce the brand of the organization

 

Requirements: Adult Professional Communication Administration Skills Marketing Skills are a plus Must work off of a Company email and understand and know Google Customer Service Skills Business Development Available to have virtual face meetings, if not in the local area This is an Unpaid position with potential quarterly bonuses
