Volunteer: Intern Mentors - Remote Opportunity

Can you spare 30 minutes to change a career path?

TLT - Tomorrow's Leaders Today is seeking experienced professionals to mentor our Leading Leaders Interns (ages 15+). This 100% remote role allows you to pour your knowledge into motivated students from across Texas—many of whom are earning college credit.   CORPORATE TEAMS WELCOMED

The Commitment

We respect your schedule. We are requesting just 5 hours of total service over three months:

30 minutes every other week (4 sessions total).

Flexible scheduling for one-on-one virtual meetings.

How You’ll Make an Impact

As a mentor, you aren't just a teacher; you’re a guide. You will:

Share your career journey—the challenges, the wins, and the "how-to."

Provide practical coaching (resume building, mock interviews, and professional navigation).

Expose interns to industries they may have never considered.

How It Works

Background Check: Quick 1-2 day turnaround.

The "Match" Meeting: Join a Tuesday virtual team meeting to see intern presentations and participate in a brief breakout room.

Connection: Tell us who you’d like to work with. If it's a match, you’ll be introduced via email to start your sessions.

Industries Needed

We welcome ALL industries! Whether you are a pilot, engineer, mechanic, or artist, your perspective is valuable. Current intern roles looking for mentors include:

Tech: App Development, Cyber Security, GIS, Website Development.

Business: Accounting, HR, Project Management, Supply Chain.

Creative: Digital Marketing, Graphic Design, Fashion, Video Coordination.
