Volunteer: Reception VolunteerThe Reception Volunteer will administer all aspects of program implementation associated with the agency. Responsibilities: Be the "friendly face" of the organization while greeting the public Assist clients with filling out forms Assist clients with providing copies of required documents Assist occasionally with intakes in person Assist with quality information & referral Assist probation client's with filling out appropriate paperwork Able to utilize various computer programs to assist clients Treat all clients with respect and dignityQualifications: High School Diploma Strong leadership skills with the ability to work with little or no supervision Takes initiative and is able to multi-task, delegate, and handle pressure in a professional manner Excellent communication skills both written and verbal People person Previous experience administering of social service programs and/or Information & Referral is preferred but not necassary Bi-Lingual in Spanish a plusAgency: Assistance Center of Collin County The Reception Volunteer will administer all aspects of program implementation associated with the agency.
