This Saturday March 9, 2019 from 10:30 - 2:00 p.m. Fresh Start for Your Heart will host its quarterly Living Healthy Workshop.
The workshop is designed for individuals with a chronic illness and/or their caregivers. This workshop will be all about leaning hands only CPR by a Certified CPR instructor. The event takes place at the Meadows Conference Center located at 2900 Live Oak Street, Dallas, TX.
We need volunteers to help set, check participants in, assist instructor as needed, help serve lunch and tidy up after workshop.
