Medical City McKinney Volunteer Auxiliary

There are many opportunities for those from ages 18-80 to use your knowledge and skills to work as a volunteer. You may: 

1) learn new skills, in addition to using or honing current ones;

2) develop an interest in a particular skill or medical profession;

3) gain a valuable edge and experience needed in applying for scholarships, college programs and jobs;

4) receive intangible rewards of contributing to patient comfort, care and recovery. 

You may make new friends/contacts. We ask for our volunteers to give 4 hours a week for a minimum of 4 months in an area of interest to you (Gift Shop, Front Desk, Patient Contact, Pharmacy, Day Surgery, Emergency Department, Lab, Radiology, Volunteer Administration and more.)
