Volunteer Descriptions and Responsibilities
Minimum age to volunteer on-site is 14 years old and all teens 14-18 must come alongside their parent or guardian. 10 volunteers max. Please do not bring extra volunteers unless they are signed up through Volunteer McKinney.
Volunteers will be split into groups to work alongside our employees with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Activities include: working in our Greenhouse office and barn. Volunteers will help move office furniture out of the office in order to prepare it for a new floor. They will also have the opportunity to tour our Greenhouses. Please wear tennis shoes. This event is rain or shine.
