VOLUNTEER WITH US AND MAKE A DIFFERENCE! The Especially Needed Fall Carnival is coming up and we really need your help. We have 75 volunteer positions available. It's time for our most anticipated event of the year, our Fall Carnival! Especially Needed can't host such a fun and exciting event without the assistance of amazing volunteers like you!
Here are the event specifics:
- This event is happening outside.
- It will be at the D4 Field in Frisco, TX
(Harold Bacchus Community Park @ 13995 Main St, Frisco, TX 75034). - The Fall Carnival event is happening on Saturday October 25,2025, 4pm-7pm (family attendance time).
- The volunteer shifts on October 25th vary from 12:30pm-2pm, 2pm-3:30pm, 3:15pm-7:30pm, 2:30pm-8pm, 6:45pm-8pm.

As always, our Fall Carnival is filled with fun activities for the families. We will have carnival games, food, drinks, dancing, trick or treating, face painting, a balloon artist, a resource fair and much more! Ready to be a part of the magic this year? We have several volunteer shifts available and know that every single role is vital to the success of the carnival. There are a couple of things to consider before signing up to volunteer:
- All volunteers must be 14 and up.
- We ask that any students that require written validation of their volunteer hours seek out our volunteer coordinator after your volunteer shift is over so that she can sign your paperwork.
- Be aware of the weather - if you sign up for a shift, be prepared for the ever changing weather. Dress so you are comfortable, based on weather conditions and wear closed-toed. Family friendly costumes are allowed.
- Honor your commitment - we need all hands on deck during the entire shift.
- Bring a positive attitude - it's a fun event and a beautiful day to be a part of!
- Be ready to work, have fun and make a difference with Especially Needed!
