Community Lifeline Center operates a grocery-store-style food pantry that serves hundreds of local families every week. Our Receptionists are an important part of helping our neighbors get the food they need. As a Receptionist, you’ll:
- Greet our clients as they enter
- Check their ID and give them their membership card
- Ensure they have a cart before they go into the Pantry to shop
You'll need to feel comfortable interacting with our visitors; Spanish is a big plus but definitely not required. As a Receptionist, you may choose to sit or stand as you work. Thank you for helping us feed our community!
Please note volunteers must be age 16+ to come on their own. Ages 14-15 may volunteer if accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. We do not have volunteer opportunities for children under the age of 14.
