Hi Volunteers!
We’re looking for friendly, enthusiastic volunteers to help serve guests at the Art Meets Fashion Garden Luncheon.
WHEN: October, 19th, 2024
ARRIVAL TIME: 10 am
RESPONSIBILITIES: As a volunteer server, you will be responsible for one table of guests. Your main duties include bringing pre-prepared dishes to your assigned table, ensuring guests are comfortable, and assisting with any food or service needs throughout the luncheon.
ATTIRE: Please wear a white top with black bottoms (skirt or slacks) or an all black outfit (no minis or tank tops). Closed-toed shoes are required for safety (sneakers are allowed), and if you have long hair, it should be tied back.
