We are so excited to open registration for our 2nd Annual Summer Picnic at Eden Hill Winery in Celina.
CHC provides healthcare to low-income, working, uninsured individuals and their families. Our goal is to provide quality care and preventative health education to individuals and their families to keep them healthy, employed and out of the emergency rooms. This year we have seen an increase in the need for our services. Since January, we've added an additional 157 new patients and have seen 1,631 patient visits. Your support of CHC's mission is more valuable than ever before. Please join us for a night of giving at Eden Hill Winery.
