Alliance for Community Impact

Mission- We advance people-centered community economic development through education, technical assistance, and cross-sector collaborative partnerships. Purpose- To catalyze action plans for thriving communities, to develop and preserve attainable housing, attract capital investments, build wealth, encourage entrepreneurship, sustain nonprofits, and create jobs.

We bring together various stakeholders, including municipalities, nonprofits, developers, and funders to bring solutions to the housing shortage for the "missing middle", including first responders, educators, medical providers other than MDs, and 55 plus.
