All in the Family Services (AFS) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering individuals and families to grow, thrive, and succeed. We provide life skills training, workforce readiness programs, youth development activities, and supportive services that strengthen both individuals and the community. At AFS, we believe in creating opportunities that inspire personal growth, promote resilience, and build a brighter future for all ages.

What We Do
At All in the Family Services (AFS), we provide programs and services that equip people of all ages with the tools they need to succeed. Our work includes:

• Workforce Readiness & Training – preparing individuals with job skills, career support, and pathways to employment.

• Life Skills Development – teaching practical skills like communication, financial literacy, and personal growth.

• Youth Programs – offering safe, fun, and enriching activities that encourage learning, creativity, and leadership.

• Community Support – connecting families to resources, partnerships, and opportunities that strengthen their overall well-being.

In addition to our year-round programs, AFS hosts four annual community events:

• Spring Break Lunch – ensuring children have access to meals during school breaks.

• Back to School Drive – providing students with school supplies and support to start the year prepared.

• Thanksgiving Dinner – bringing families together to share a warm holiday meal.

• Toy & Coat Giveaway – spreading joy and warmth to children and families during the winter season.

Through these programs and events, AFS empowers individuals, uplifts families, and strengthens the community.
